North Suburban Medical Center - Northeast ER

Absolutely amazing staff here! My son had a kidney stone and we were in the ER at St. Anthonys 2 times for over 12 hours. They didnt give my son any sort of comfort or real knowledge as to what was going on. We came here and we were seen right away. They performed multiple tests and confirmed what my sons pain was. Dr. Puluska and his staff were excellent! He took time to explain my sons diagnosis in detail and even drew us a diagram to explain. I thank you all for the amazing service and treatment!!! You put me and my son at ease! As a mother I walked in here with so much worry and left feeling so much better about my sons health!!!!

Was brought here when a mental health hold was suggested and the staff was talking smack to me and being sarcastic this was back in 2019 never go to this place if you are in a mental health crisis

I torn my hamstring two weeks ago, recently developed a rash, clearly a rash, at the spot of my injury. Its raised, it burns and itches. Dr Loner looked at it and said its not a rash, its a skin irritation. And said she would give me a recommendation to an orthopedic for my muscle injury. She was more concerned about my detergent then asking be about any other symptoms. Her bed side manners were awful, her eye rolling and facial expressions were more than rude. She was not in the room with me for then 2 minutes. I would never recommend a North Suburban Facility to anyone EVER!

If I could give 0 stars I would the doctor that was there I don't even know her name we were only there for a couple minutes because she was such a b**** She was very rude and disrespectful I would never recommend this place. My 13 year old daughter was in a lot of pain and all she dff and make things worse and say there's nothing she could do about it. Didn't even ask her or offer to give her something for pain.
