I had a GREAT first experience with Dr. Douthit and his staff. My employer recently changed insurance companies and I needed to find a new physician. Luckily I was referred to Dr. Douthit, and I'm so happy I was! You can tell he really cares about his patients, and goes above and beyond to address any concerns you might have, and really takes the time to talk through things with you and answer any questions. Which is extremely refreshing compared to a lot of other healthcare providers where you're kind of just treated as another number & hustled in and out. The lady at the front desk was lovely, and made me feel right at home from the start. All in all a wonderful experience.

I've been with John for a few months now and he seems like a great doctor however he hires extremely rude secretarial staff. I couldn't understand her name and hesitate at trying to spell it but EMALDA (I think) just got through telling me that it's not her problem that I haven't been able to refill my medication in 2 weeks. It is service like this that makes customers find a different provider.
