Mirek and his guys did an excellent job on our basement!! I can’t recommend them enough!! They were on time in every phase of the project even in the middle of a pandemic! They were very professional and personable, their work was excellently done, and they were very willing to accommodate the requests that we made. We had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone!! They even discovered a pipe that had been damaged during the original construction of our home and were able to fix the resulting leak that could have cause thousands of dollars in damage to our foundation. Our sump pump ran all the time before and now it doesn’t.

Mirek and his crew transformed our basement into a thing of beauty. Our basement looks beautiful. We had input as to how we wanted it designed and Mirek met those specifications. If you want a basement as beautiful as ours, I recommend M L Static Construction, LLC.

The company M L Static, LLC designed, supervised and finished the renovation of our unfinished basement in April 2020. The owner, Mirek Jasek and his team, Andre and Josh did an outstanding job right from the start. The work they performed included refinishing the basement from scratch, as well as installing a new full 5-piece bathroom with a TV (my favorite), wet bar area (hanging a 65” TV) with island, game room, theater (hanging an 85” TV) and two nice size bedrooms with nice closets. They completed the pluming, sewer, and electric lines.
All the above work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Mirek's eye for the aesthetics of the project never let us down; we have received many compliments on our finished basement. Furthermore, Mirek is an excellent owner and skilled designer who contributed ideas that no one else had. He was patient with us in picking the right design, styles, wall tile, vinyl plank flooring and carpet tile in the theater and game room for the basement, and accessories such as paint, vanity, mirror and faucets, etc. His ability to find solutions to unexpected problems is commendable, especially installing our beautiful fireplace.
Mirek is extremely detail oriented and hates to do a sloppy job. He is very reliable, punctual, clean, and trustworthy. We enjoyed having Mirek, Andre, and Josh working in our house. All in all, we are very happy and satisfied with M L Static and team’s work and professionalism. I highly recommend M L Static, LLC for your basement project!
