Unethical and dishonest practices. If I could do no stars, I would! These people rose the price on our project by over 8k at the final phase of our project. We engaged in an arrangement and agreement of drilling two wells. We were given a price in writing, via email for the cost of both wells. One well was completed, but the second due to delays was only drilled….there was always full disclosure and they were aware that project was farther behind and they agreed to take the project on. They would be doing the project in two phases. Now they are coming to me and telling me that the price increases in materials is what is driving the cost of my project up. However, we had an agreement for the cost of the whole project…not sure why they wouldn’t plan ahead and purchase the material when we entered into the agreement. I find it very disrespectful and unethical that they will not stand behind their word! Service: Well installation

Such an amazing group of people! Very hard working and caring. Always tries to do things in a timely manner, but things like weather sometimes hinder this and people need to remember that. Also it is called an estimate for a reason....There is not always water where they think so they may have to go deeper. It does cost more but it is less than the cost of a whole new well. They are such a busy company that is always doing there best so there might be a wait, but I would rather have to wait and know when it's my turn I have a good well that wasn't rushed through and may not last or have lots of problems.

Great service, they showed up same day on a holiday week, when no other company would. Replacing my well pump and pipe within a few hours. I couldn't be happier with the service, strongly recommend these guys.
