5 Star Home Inspections

We went through two home inspections with Ben and his knowledge, thorough inspection and clear communication helped us a lot in the home buying process. He caught a lot of the needs of the first house and we were able to determine it wasn’t a good fit for us for the price point. His user-friendly report helped us to prioritize needs for repairs after closing on our as-is fixer upper with confidence. He was friendly and very helpful, and we highly recommend his services to others for either buying a home or evaluating an investment property.

We used 5 star home inspections for our new home inspection. Ben showed up before we did to look around. So, on top of being onetime which is important to us he was very professional, informative, and was super easy to talk to. If you need a home inspection call! they were wonderful. we felt more comfortable with buying the home after he walked through it.

Ben is the best inspector you will find! Very personable and easy to talk to. Not to mention he knows his stuff! He did a home inspection with radon test and sewer scope. We were buying an olde home so we wanted a very thorough inspection and that’s exactly what he did! The biggest recommendation he made was to have the sewer lines cleaned and re-scoped by the seller because he was unable to get his scope all the way out. The sellers fought us a little on the request but they ended up doing it. A licensed plumber came out and found a few broken lines which resulted in the seller’s having to replace the entire sewer system for the home! If Ben wouldn’t have recommended the re-scope we would have been replacing over $16,000 worth of sewer soon after we move in. I cannot thank Benjamin Cobian enough, not just for the money he saved us, but also for his expertise and all the advice he gave us! I will recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection!

Ben was prompt, meticulous, and knowledgeable. He took time answer our questions and his reports were detailed and easy to follow. Ben’s communication and availability were on-point. We have solicited Ben’s services twice and he has exceeded our expectations. Many of our neighbors have also had exceptional experiences with Ben. Bonus, he is a veteran!

Ben was fantastic. He was extremely thorough, detail oriented, and informative throughout the entire inspection. I knew right from our introduction that he was there to help educate and inform me during the inspection, and provided ample documented detail upon conclusion. I would recommend 5-Star home inspections to anyone.
