        Steve is great! Always explains treatments, works with my schedule, and just today suggested a pad replacement to eliminate persistent stains. Steve did the pad replacement and worked quickly and efficiently. Hoping the replacement works and the stains do not re-appear. Always happy with Creative Carpet Repair Colorado's prompt and great service.
