Orderd tools 9 moths ago and still have not received them refer to family member there to get furniture for an extra bedroom I had here they are moving into and Rent-A-Center would not deliver her furniture to her at my address because a payment behind on my stuff

So I am rating my overall experience with RAC as a one star and if it was possible I would give them zero stars. They have been a nightmare to deal with. However, despite this bad experience, today I met one of the nicest people I have ever encountered with RAC, the delivery driver Jaime (I apologize if I spelled it wrong). This young man was so thoughtful, honest, and true of heart and he deserve all the praise as he was so understanding as he and his wife are about to experience some of the hardships I just had to endure this past month (I wish them all the best!). He deserves a raise for how he handled everything today and for how professional he was. My husband and I are so grateful to him. If you go through RAC be cautious of management but definitely ask for Jaime to assist you with delivery as he is the best of the best and you won't regret it! Thank you so much Jaime!!! My family and I are so grateful for your presence today as it made things better.
