Greg & his staff were amazing for my son & daughter-in-law's wedding! The appetizers and meal were beyond delicious! We enjoyed Greg and his staff very much...they were so friendly, accommodating and totally pampered us! I highly recommend Fireside Catering!

After contacting several caterers in Steamboat to arrange a dinner for ten to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, I made the wise choice to go with Greg. Not only was he one of the most affordable, but his menu was delightful! We had a salad, two appetizers, two entree choices, two sides, plus a dessert, and he accommodated ALL of our (very) high-maintenance needs- no onions, no bell peppers, something for both gluten-free and pescetarians, as well as nothing "too spicy." The food was delivered on time, hot, and ready to serve, it was DELICIOUS, and he made us enough to have leftovers for dinner the next night!

I want everyone to know that Greg and his team are AMAZING. I got married at Midnight Ranch in Clark, CO this weekend and I didn't have to worry about a single thing. The food was delicious, they cleaned up the party for us, and returned our extra booze. I highly recommend them!!!! Thanks again Greg.

Greg absolutely killed it at my wedding. Food was awesome, and he was incredibly helpful from setting up, to serving drinks, to cleaning it all up when it was over. Thanks man!!!!!!!!!!
