Where to start???? Ben is an amazing teacher... very patient, supportive, and articulate when describing technique. I had never surfed before and after a few sessions I am up on the first try, dropping the rope, and actually surfing. It has been a great experience to learn a new sport from someone who is truly passionate about what they are doing. I never felt pressure and was always encouraged to try one more time and of course end on a good run. If you want to learn how to surf, this is the environment to do it in. I promise you won't find a boat with better vibes... Thanks Ben and Kim!!!

People summer vacationing in Steamboat expect a great outdoor experience which usually includes fishing, hiking, camping, biking and maybe a little golf. I would also suggest you experience water skiing, wake boarding, tubing or surfing. That's right surfing at Stagecoach Lake with the experts at WAKE. It is an incredible experience that you will never forget. JUST TRY IT!!!

This is a unique experience that includes awesome scenery with a bit of adrenaline. Who would have though you can surf on a lake without a tow rope! It was surprisingly easy for anyone to learn. Fun times that should not be missed when visiting Steamboat!

This was a great family experience. We took a trip to Steamboat last summer for a few days of golf, hiking, and some mountain biking. I actually cancelled a day of golf in order to try wake surfing. I had some experience with wakeboarding and with surfing before the Steamboat trip, but the chance to do both on the lake was too much to pass up.
It doesn't matter if you're a beginner, novice, or an expert. The folks at Wake will make your experience great! Tubing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, or wake surfing, they do it all. Great experience, awesome scenery, it's a ton of fun. I can't wait until the next trip!!!
