Super friendly. Great selection of snowmobile accessories and apparel. Gave my buddy and I great advice on where to find some good snow. They filled his airbag canister for free and gave us each a great deal on some accessories. Wish we had a dealer like this back in Michigan.

Warning, rent from Twin Pines with great caution -- We rented an 6-seat ATV from Twin Pines, riding with children. Unlike other ATV rentals (I later found out), they sent us out into the mountains without any spare tire or tire-repair equipment. Following routes they suggested, we ended up with a flat tire 11 miles into the backwoods of the mountains with no cell coverage and no way to repair it. The trails are rocky, and I later learned from other ATVers that flats are common. We had to hike to cell phone coverage with kids. Upon getting cell phone coverage we called Twin Pines, and they told us they'd send someone out. But he never showed up -- we waited close to four hours for him, and were very worried about getting stranded. Thankfully, late in the afternoon, some other ATVers came across us and had a tire repair kit, fixing our tire. We got back safely, no thanks to Twin Pines. Then, on top of all of that, they charged us an extra $600 for the tire repair! Rent ATVs from this company at your own risk.
