        We drove three hours to shop at Carters. The website stated they opened at 10am, when we arrived at 10:15am there was a hand written sign on the door with temporary hours stating it opened at 11am. When we came back at 11:30, the doors were still locked and there was no answer at their phone number. Extremely disappointing.
