Performance Wheel & Tire

Horrible customer service. I will never try do business with these people again. Im sure 4wheelparts loves you guys though cause they got my business for 5 wheels and 35in mud tires. Way better price and amazing customer service. Ill be sure to refer everyone I know to them and tell them to stay far away from performance wheel and tire.

I have heard from Discount Tire that these people are no longer in Service... I guess that explains why they haven't been answering their phones. How am I supposed to collect on Warranty work for my Tires!?

Pretty much every time I deal with Performance Wheel and Tire it it a total mess. I bought 4 rims, one was bent and they didn't tell me. (DO NOT let them mount the tires, go to a respected auto facility) They supplied the incorrect lug nuts and told me I needed a special tool that I didn't need. This is just one example. They have a good product and good prices. All they need is mediocre competition and they will be out of business. Maybe the zoo is hiring? ......tried again to order wheels. 2-13-2013. terrible. I guess I am the dumb one to even try.

I walked in, told them what I needed, tires, they had someone walk right over to help me. He (I believe his name was Cesar) asked me a few questions about what I needed and was looking for in my tires. He looked at my car, showed me a tire and price. It was exactly what I needed and I paid. Less than an hour later brand new tires are on, that to me is a great expierence. What more do you want? After reading some not-so-favorable reviews about horrible customer service I was wondering about going there. Its right by my house and I decided these reviews don't mean your experience will be any certain way. I don't get what these people expect who write the poor reviews. This is a tire wearhouse, not The Four Seasons.

They had good products but don't know how to give good customer service. I had different people telling me different things. I was given different pricing when I walked into the store from when I called earlier. That same miscommunication carried over after I bought the product. I can understand that if something goes wrong that in the end the customer is responsible. I asked what the best case and worse case scenario would be for my car. I was told pricing and what would be the end result. I was given my keys and charged more money for the incomplete service. I had rusted lug nuts and they had charged me for new ones. One lug nut was chiseled off along with the bolt. The bolt wasn't replaced and I'm now short a lug nut and bolt on my car. I was told they would replace the bolt but then I walk out to my car and there are only 4 bolts on a 5 bolt wheel. I think everyone needs to get on the same page so the customer isn't left in confusion. Sorry it had to be review...
