        I called this company to have a Thermal Couple replaced on my grandmothers water heater. I was told by the rude lady ( who hung up on me when asked why i needed to over pay) that they only replace water heaters not repair them. Instead of doing a 100.00 repair they force low income families to spend 1000-3000 dollars for a new water heater that is not needed. Way to sever the elderly in the community. They are also the only plumber found in town so they can charge what they want and recommend unnecessary products.
