Overall I had a good experience and I am happy I went with a local business over some of the larger ones. However, in using impact solar, my home has become the bird lady from Home Alone 2. Impact does not provide pest prevention as a standard package where both ion and blue raven did. This was not disclosed to me or offered as signing. Impact wants to charge another $500 on the back end for that. This actually reduces the overall savings from larger companies.

Rory was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Every question I had he answered honestly and to best of his knowledge. I feel comfortable and safe going solar. I would highly recommend him and this company for your solar needs.
