This company sets out to discriminate on expectant tenants and deny applications in less than 48 hours with no opportunity to find a solution or provide more documentation. We went above and beyond providing bank statements, check stubs, employment verification on company letter head with supervisors signature, a recommendation from landlord for the past 4 years, 12 months ledger of water bill payments 4 months of electricity bill payments, along with $135.00 in application fees only to be denied immediately. No one met us for the showing of the property we were interested in, I had requested a meeting in office and was denied. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to contact you back or provide assistance with questions. Muldoon is a very unprofessional, greedy, discriminating management company and would only hope this review saves another family from having this company take their money and run.

Georgia,We do not discriminate based on any protected class. Our application fee is disclosed, our minimum qualifications are disclosed, the process is outlined before you ever even apply. We do not do in person showings for many reasons. If your application was denied it was because you didn't meet our minimum qualifications and you didn't get a cosigner who does. We have no alternatives for approval which is clearly outlined in our process. We don't "take money and run". We are a legitimate, professional real estate company with 40+ years providing people with homes. it's unfortunate you feel compelled to post a negative review when we did nothing wrong. I wish we could make exceptions to our policy but we are highly regulated and cannot make exceptions. Best of luck in your home searches. Daniel Muldoon

Muldoon has been one of the worst property managers we've had ever had to deal with here in Pueblo. Trying to get a hold of them is IMPOSSIBLE! We rented for one year and tried to charge us for stuff that were already broken. Daniel and Laura were no help they were never on the same page. We were always told two different things. We've been out for 3 months and still trying to get a hold of them and NOTHING. We have no information on what happened to our deposit or what they used it on. They resfuse to answer back but are are still sending out mail charging us for stuff. (don't forget to ALWAYS take pictures before and after you leave) very unprofessional and would not recommend.

Hi Kelly,I'm sorry you feel this way. I received your email and responded. I also responded to most/all of the communication during your tenancy. If there was an issue with an incorrect charge it was resolved. You did not pay a deposit therefore no deposit disposition can be provided. I've emailed you your ledger and comments about the final water bill we paid on your behalf. Laura and I communicate continuously. I've been by there office and called and left messages, but no one ever calls me back and the office seems to always be empty and I have been waiting to rent a home and the lady at the office says the home has been rented I dont recommend this place

Aracely,Our office is not staffed for drop in traffic. We operate on appointment only basis. We offer all the information about our homes on our website. Our phone line also states this. You can schedule showings, apply, ask questions, etc. I'm not sure how you spoke to someone at my office while also stating it's always empty and no one calls back.
