SCAM, and rude when you ask her questions about the short answers she puts on her reports she works certain realtors to help them sell homes that arent sellable, example: denver blvd home foundation is bad and her response on her fraudalent report was "MINOR SETTLING OF BASEMENT WALLS THROUGH THE LIFE OF THE STRUCTURE IS EVIDENT" thats all she wrote on that report, now you read this and ask your self if this is enough information to work with its common sense that is not. Her recommendations: extend the structure gutters away from foundation. Really!!!? Dont waste your time with these people or do but now you kno how they work.
