My father was here for a respite stay. They did not help him get up to go to the bathroom but encouraged him to go in his incontinence underwear. He did not receive his as needed pain meds even though I told the nurse that he cant say when he needs it but to follow the order. Didnt follow my directions that he needed soft foods and the CNA made a smart remark when she dropped off his dinner. He did not have access to liquids since the table was too far for him to reach. I WILL NEVER recommend this place.

My mom is living here. The staff is super friendly and very attentive.

If youre thinking about sending your loved one here, dont do itthey brought us in for school got to see the horrors of this place abusing clients smoking in the building, covering them with feces, urine covered blankets, not using proper catheter care I even witnessed someone giving a client strawberries though she was allergic to them they let their clients scream and cry, begging for help, and they do nothing about it. This is a very unprofessional business and is definitely not somewhere you want your loved one to go. They punish clients for fun if they find your loved one annoying they will do petty underhanded things to them and leave them for hours without being changed. They are decent to the coherent ones but really mean and nasty to the ones who cannot fend for themselves I hope you consider this. Does not even deserve one star.

Im so happy for my sister who is at this facility. She looks so happy to be able to get her needs met with the staff. She loves it! I prayed about a facility that she would love to be happy in ,and she would get the care she needs. As for the facility, it doesnt smell like old people. Im so happy to have placed my sister in this facility. My sister is deaf and mute so all of the staff who work with her are trying to learn sign language to better communicate with her . I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great place to put your loved ones in
