I was trying to find a new pcp after switching from Kasier to Cigna. The PA I saw was extremely rude, kept on telling me she had other patients and she didn't have time for my questions. She repeatedly told me that we already talked about issues that were important to me. The absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a Dr. Office. This place is just awful.

I was hesitant of going here based on some reviews, however it was probably one of the best Dr appt I have ever had. The Dr and staff are very friendly and really nice and professional!

I have been with Everside when they were Paladina. They have always been a great help for my son and myself. I have no issues with being seen or with my prescriptions.

DO NOT use Everside Health for primary care. Theyre terrible. I was a patient with them for years (since they were Paladina Health), and I could NEVER get a hold of them for anything. Every time I was sick or needed to get in, I had to go urgent care. Always left multiple voicemails that went unanswered. As a patient who has been loyal to this place for years, its really disappointing that they did very little for me.

I went with my younger sister to her appointment today about the stomach issues shes been having because my mom couldnt make it. I was in complete shock when the nurse practitioner pointed to me and said Ill get your opinion on this since you are a healthy body weight. Fat people eat for the taste and skinny people eat because they have to. Referring to my younger sister who has had a loss of appetite recently and was feeling nauseous. Not only is this completely inconsiderate, it lacks the education she supposedly has when it comes to different reasons people can be overweight and how food has different impacts on everyone. Especially because my sister has other medical issues that have contributed to her weight gain. She was trying to make a point about eating for nutritional value rather than taste but went about it in a completely wrong manner. We were there to figure out why she was feeling the way she was and the nurse was bringing up her weight. My sister has lost 40 pounds in the last two months and is doing absolutely amazing for a 17 year old. I am beyond proud of the progress she has made and it is devastating that the comments that were made today will stick in her mind forever. You would think someone in this profession and someone who is a woman herself, would understand just how hurtful words can be to any young person but especially a young woman. This place is completely unprofessional and lacks the ability to make a person feel comfortable about their issues, who they are, and what they are going through.
