To Whom it May Concern, I am very disappointed to have to write this but I am at the point that if there is not action taken soon regarding this situation, I will be looking to move to more drastic measures to ensure the damage to my yard is repaired. Your company has completed work next door to my house and for MONTHS the side of my driveway has been torn up. The landscape fabric was torn up and my rocks are now littered with dirt. The stones keeping the rock from my driveway was removed and have not been replace. New fabric needs to be installed and rock free from excessive amounts of dirt needs to be replaced. I recently realized, in addition to this damage to my property, you have elected to backfill against the fence that is mutually owned between my neighbor and my property. A vinyl fence is not intended to support the load of backfilled dirt and the fence integrity is now compromised. The solution offered by your company involves the use of untreated lumber and spanning the fence posts to still backfill against the fence. This will undoubtedly fail in no time and will leave my property and mutual fence subject to damage. The previous owner of the property and I shared cost of this fence and I am afraid it has and will be damaged with this poor technique. There has also been damage to my fence when a skid loader slid into the fence, damaging two panels and one post. Again, I reiterate, if there is not swift action taken to correct the damage to my property, I will bet left with no choice other than to escalate this issue to more drastic measures.
