Last summer, we decided to do some landscaping work in our backyard over the winter season. We collected bids and felt the best with Southside Landscaping. They completed their work in February and laid sod in March when the weather allowed. They did a great job, but this isnt the reason for the review.
Our project was complex. We have a pool in the backyard they had to work around, and ultimately things went wrong. Partially our fault because we didnt fully explain our electrical situation with the pool house. We intended to have them take out some extra electrical that previously ran a hot tub, but leave the pool house electrical. We didnt know if it was connected or separate and we should have done that research before calling them in. When we went to open the pool, we learned that unfortunately the power was cut. For many companies, this is where their true color shines. This company was EXTREMELY responsive and immediately volunteered to correct the issue, even when we werent asking them to do so.
With these types of projects, sometimes unexpected things happen. It is how the company decides to handle them that makes them stand out from the rest. I would recommend them any day. Service: Landscape installations
