Fun little restaurant. Enjoyed Garrett cooking for us and met some new people at our station! Enjoyed a bottle of Kirin Ichiban. Parking: Parking is along the street in front of the entrance.

Always an awesome experience and the food is exceptional! Dietary restrictions: They prepared our meal without butter, on request, and it was delicious! Kid-friendliness: It's great food and fun for the whole family. We brought Grandma and the grandkids!

My sincere 'thank you' to Suehiro's and our wonderful server 'Judy' for saving my granddaughter's special day, yesterday (3/25/24)! Judy's kindness and excellent customer service (as well as others) provided such a warm, enjoyable and memorable experience for me, my daughter-in-law and most importantly to my granddaughter when in celebration of her 9th birthday. Though, I must admit pricing is a little steep, the extra attention, along with the warm and inviting atmosphere that Suehiro's employees extend to its customers (particularly Judy) it makes the pricing a little more acceptable on your dining-in experience. However, I would like to add that I would love to see (highly recommend) adding a family value menu so, it can/will allow those with large families an opportunity to dine-in at Suehiro's and enjoy the delicious appetizers and sushi they prepare, just as we did. Although, last night was a first-time visit, I do foresee us going back. So, once again, many thanks to you 'Suehiro & Judy' for a memorable and enjoyable night!

I've been a patron for over 20 years and 2 locations. The table side chef, dale or dan, or some name from Florence, made disparaging remarks about Pueblo and its crime rate, marriage, and his guns. I'm pretty sure he dropped the lemon off the cart but used it anyway. He also dropped 3 pieces of meat but still served us 2 of them because they landed on the cold edge of the griddle. I prefer my chef to be as authentic as the cuisine. The miso dressing is still delicious!

This place was awesome the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I would most definitely recommend this place. It's a little high-priced, but the experience is worth it! Was treated like family.
