        An agent that works for this firm caused a simple Realestate transaction to go south quickly. Due to his ( initials are FR ) actions my wife and I were left to stay in a hotel for a week. The property appraiser busted the home on 8-4-16 but took until 8-18-16 to get the information turned in. This caused us 1K in expenses. I have started the process to engage a lawyer to recover the money. This has been a pathetic example of business practices.
