    Be honest on the phone y'all! If a particular box costs $40, don't tell me over the phone the box costs $20. This is the THIRD time y'all have done this to me. I will not be using this location anymore and will drive to Colorado Springs to make the return. Y'all need to learn to treat your customers with respect!

    I tried twice to return a customer packed Amazon package, one in which the UPS store would print the shipping label and label the box for you. The girl with dark long hair and glasses refused saying I wouldnt get the credit because it was a shelf box and didnt have a label so I wouldnt get credit for the return. First, it was the box it was shipped in with a larger box of items also boxed individually, this box was well packed. Second, there was no label and no way for me to print one. I tried to show her the Amazon instructions on my phone. She refused to look at them and just kept repeating herself. Last, I drove to the Springs, talked to the UPS store rep there and they said there was no issue, scanned the QR code, printed a label, put it on the box and gave me the receipt for tracking. This was my last time, NEVER go here for anything, they are rude and unhelpful, every time I have come here for anything they are terrible. Go to a UPS affiliate or drive to Canon or the Springs!!!

    DO NOT USE THIS STORE. I paid for Next Day Air on a Friday for time sensitive documents and was assured that it would be there next day. Lo and behold that did not happen. It was delivered the following Monday. I attempted to call the store but did not get an answer after 5 tries. I finally emailed the store and someone called me the next day. She was rude and told me that I was wrong. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager kept telling me that I got what I paid for. I explained to her that I was told that I purchased Next Day Air which in my mind means, you know, the next day. The manager let me know that there is no delivery on Saturdays. I let the manager know that that wasnt explained to me or I would have gone somewhere else. She continued to argue and told me that they would not be giving my money back. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. I would suggest driving your documents/package yourself to the destination or perhaps by carrier pigeon. You would likely have more success.
