I have had them do my house every six months in belmont and not one time did I ever have a issue with customer service always polite and very professional. And affordable. So I think that if you did have a bad experience do it your self or call the other guys hope you have a lot of cash that's all I'm saying .

I had an appointment on Friday at 9:30. I called at noon to see what the problem was and was told they were on their way. At 2:30 I called and let him know I had somewhere to go at 3:30 so he postponed till 9:30 Saturday. At 11:30 Saturday, I called and he said he was on his way. I cancelled the appointment as I was unsure whether on not he would show up. This company is very unprofessional. Not even a courtesy call to say he would be late. Needless to say, I am calling someone else to get the job done.
