Loaf 'N Jug

The store on Bonforte Blvd.in Pueblo, Co is the dirtiest store i have ever been in and the employees are the rudest clerks I've ever dealt with. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting as well. Something needs to be done to take care of these issues. Sorry for the negative review byt i have to call it tge way i see it.

They don't honor advertisements and publicly humiliates people, when you you catch them charging you full price. Frank on 18th. Street in Pueblo is the meanest, and most rude worker. Law Suit sounds great right. Public humiliation and false advertisement. He told me there was no one to complain to, so now I am going to start doxing the companies and employees. Until something is done.

Last week, 1/3/19, I purchased gas at the pump with my debit card, using my pin. I got just under $15 in gas. When I checked my card balance I noticed that Loaf n Jug held $125.50 on my card. I have emailed them with no response, called the 800 number listed on their website(which happens to be Krogers and I was told on another call that they have nothing to do with LNJ any longer), called the store directly and never an answer and also called their corporate office in Pueblo and no answer there as well. It is now 1/8/2019 and I still can not access my money. I have automatic payments set to be taken out so this is maddening!!

I would like to highly commend Store 16, 101 Main Street in North La Junta Colorado. This store is always clean, the employees are courteous and helpful, and the have THE BEST COKE SLUSHIES IN THE STATE!!!! I am from a smaller town about 15 minutes away called Rocky Ford, where the Coke Slushie machine has been broken for three years -- never working consistently. I have mentioned it COUNTLESS times to the managers and employees and they seem indifferent at best. The Store Manager, Sherry of Store 49, seemed sympathetic yet powerless to do anything about this important aspect of their business when I mentioned it to her last week. Thus, though I live practically next door to Store 49, I commute to Store 16 with my FOUR cars where I fill up gas and get the best drink.
