Dr McLean doesnt care for patients and is either incompetent or lazy. Dont bother coming here if you have chronic illness. You will be gaslit into thinking youre crazy and need therapy or antipsychotics even though you lead a healthy lifestyle, already manage behavioral health and have physical symptoms which anxiety could NEVER be the cause of. Find a real doctor that doesnt dismiss you and will actually listen to you and knows what theyre doing.

2.2.24 Been waiting on referral to physical therapy since 12.14.23. Medical providers are not responsive in the patient portal. Spoke to patient advocate on Tuesday still waiting on response for referral. I've not had any luck with providers advocating for me. Bare bones healthcare

Had good experiences at the 7th Street location. The Colorado/Route facility was awful. I tried and tried to explain to the nurse the difference between haemophilus parainfluenza and her words "H. Flu"... She insisted it's a virus she cannot test, and never heard me concerning a very serious BACTERIAL infection I'm fighting and could easily die from. She felt my symptoms did not matter, because my vitals were currently fine. I feel completely dismissed and scared to ever come back, as the staff don't even know the difference between a virus and bacteria. Yikes. Good ol Pueblo healthcare...

Just want to tell folks about Dr. James Owen and staff at the health center. Best dentist I have ever seen. These people truly care and rest assured you will be in good hands . Thanks Dr.

I started going to this clinic 4 years ago, when I DISTINCTLY told them that I DID NOT want to start check ups or treatments until they were sure I was covered. I waited 9 months to get coverage from SS, and this clinic assured me that any and all testing was covered when in reality IT WAS NOT, and 3 months after I started treatment, I started recieving bills from LABCORP, for testing. I have communicated this problem immediatly, and that was 3 years ago, and after stating my complaint, I have been totally ignored, and nobody will return my calls on this matter. THERE IS SOMETHING TERRIBLY WRONG WITH THIS CLINIC, and there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY, or PROFESSIONALISM. I have no problem with Dr Schwartz, however if I am going to continue to be ignored regarding my problem, I may be changing doctors soon. DO NOT TRUST ADMINISTRATIONS AT THIS CLINIC, they have their own set of values that I find very dishonorable.
