        Just had the most Amazing customer service at the cricket in Pueblo Mall..the new manager was Amazing, I highly encourage everyone to switch over and I believe her name was Yisel and she provided superior customer service

        I had to switch cell phones and get into my iCloud account that I had forgotten the password to and Yisel over at the mall location took great care of me!!!

        I broke my phone and the manager Yesil and staff kelly were awesome Yesil helped lower my phone bill from $55 to $5 and got me a deal for a new phone for just $45 will definitely be going back!!

        I needed to have data transferred from old phone to new. It took a while because I have lots of files. Yisel the Cricket employee was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly and kind. It was a very positive experience.
