Dream home with a dream team! Jeff and Sonja were such a pleasure to collaborate with - not to mention their many hard working contractors.
We cannot recommend JS Homes enough - amazing people who build quality homes. The attention to detail, and consideration of our needs and desires, were met from our initial meeting and one-of-a-kind floor plan, to the installation of every finish we selected.
Their unique process of designing and selecting all finishes up front made for a very transparent build process from budget to schedule. It also took away a bit of the stress allowing us to really enjoy the build process with our family.
Sure there were challenges along the way - the Colorado weather, a few manufacturer delays, but JS Homes went above and beyond to keep things on track and make it right wherever possible. 6 months post move-in and Jeff is still a phone call away and happy to help with any issues or questions we might have.

When we first met Jeff and Sonja we had been looking for awhile to purchase a home in Colorado. We were hesitant about purchasing a new build but after meeting with them and discussing our needs we knew we were in the right hands. Our initial conversation with Jeff was send me pictures and ideas of what you want in your home. I told him it was all in my head and Jeff was able to see our vision and design the house of our dreams. Both Jeff and Sonja were able to make an overwhelming experience at times very easy. The communication was a huge attribute to both as we were on the east coast. During the building process, Jeff met with us on Zoom to make sure that we were happy with everything and adjusted accordingly.
