Sold me a car that had ben wrecked then when I got a flat tire and went to change it and they didn't provide the proper wrench! Hands down the worst dealership in the state.

They sold us a 2018 Toyota Tacoma with hail damage and failed to disclose the damage. When we reached out to them to fix the issue they ignored us. I would avoid this dealership like the plague.

Sales staff has been excellent! We purchased my 08 duramax, used years prior and received the best service. We decided to add a Jeep wrangler to the mix, and found ourselves back out at TSG because of the wonderful experience we previously enjoyed. Recently we found ourselves back yet again when my wife was in need of a larger vehicle, and purchased a well-maintained suburban. Again, sales staff was incredible! The service side, however... putting the duramax aside, regardless off a clogged fuel filter leavibgvuse stranded 60 miles from home. The Jeep was discovered to have several stripped lug nuts during its first tire rotation, began running rough after only a couple weeks and it was discovered that all 6 of the new spark plugs were finger tight at best. Granted, some vehicles have their problems, so I chocked it up to owning a Jeep. That was until we purchased the suburban... again, within a couple weeks it started idling rough, and of course we were out of town. It was discovered that the rough idle was the result of extremely loose spark plugs. Being an optimistic person, I considered it a win for it being an easy fix and continued on downt the road. Shorty after that trip we were do for a tire rotation and yet again it was brought to my attention that several lugs were stripped, yet again, from cross threading... I'm giving 3 stars because of the simple fact the shop is making rookie mistakes, and I'm still paying for them. Were in need of a newer truck, and I know I won't be coming back.
