Kevin was absolutely amazing with me when I was trying to find a mattress. I have a lot of specific aches and pains and he took me through each bed of my type allowing me to truly feel if it eased the pain. He was tedious in the process and spent what felt like all the time in the world helping me find that perfect one. He really made me feel comfortable in the shopping and buying side. He spent the time to explain everything to me, from the bed details to the buying details and not once did I feel rushed or like I was being pushed into buying something. I wouldn't buy a mattress/mattress products from anyone else, that's for sure! Thank you!

Last weekend my wife and I went into to price shop a mattress and were greeted by AJ Brown. We had no idea where to begin and AJ was there to help us. He has a great deal of knowledge on his products and walked us through our decision every step of the way. He was extremely friendly and his customer service and ability to listen to what the customer wants was unmatched. He made the whole experience very easy and pressure free. Thank you AJ for bringing a level customer service that seems to be lost these days.

Kevin Powell helped me purchase my new mattress , and I didnt bother to shop around after I met him. Excellent customer service; did not try to over sell. He is a great store manager, someone needs to give him a huge raise!
