They had a “free” 6 week program with marketing conditions but then they wanted a $400 deposit if you didn’t lose the weight on their program. You’re paying to work for them as the membership fee is $130.00 a month so do the math, to so their program $140.00 extra for a less than two month program/membership. They don’t wear masks and clearly have more than 10 people in the building. Ripping people off with a “free” program and possibly exposing people to COVID-19 by not abiding by CDC standards (no was 6 feet apart when I went). There are better ways to get fit and not risk getting corona.

Becoming a member at this studio was one of the best decisions I made. I love all the instructors; they're all so friendly, fun and motivating. The workouts are killer, and I always leave ready to come back for the next one.

I have been thinking about changing this rating for kickboxing for sometime but felt like I didn’t need to do it until now. I have been a member for a couple of years and I can say that I absolutely love the work out but it is definitely an adult environment. If you have tweens or below the choices of some of the music and also some of the instructors language would probably not be conducive. Probably about a month ago I had shared with someone as they asked me what I thought about kickboxing and I said I love to the work out but theF bombs in the music and from the instructors would keep me from inviting any of my younger family to be there. It’s like I opened up a gate of availability for people to start sharing with me. One lady said she love the work out but she’s never invite her mom because her mom would be aghast at the music choice and the language from the instructor. Another person said that they were coming with their daughters for a while but is now quitting because they have other places they can work out with their daughters. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love the work out but it is an adult environment because of the F bombs that are shared and even after I had talked to the owner after an incident one time when there was 13-year-olds in a class and I was hearing a song that was on that was an F bomb almost every other sentence I said you have some 13-year-olds in here and their answer was you can’t make everyone happy. You definitely cannot make everyone happy and every franchise has their own right to do their set up the way that they would like. Great work out, for adults only
