How do I as a professional describe this company?! .....Ignorant, lack of quality, excuses, pass the buck, HEAVILY overpriced, and dishonest. BUT, they did come out fast, despite the fact it cost us thousands of dollars in their own errors....

My air conditioner went down when it was 90 degrees out side, so I called absolute heating and cooling And our tech Josh arrived when in 30 minutes of calling. Told us we had a bad contractor and Capacitor gave us a fair price, even took the time to clean the unit and change our filter. Will be recommend to all our neighbors and family.

I called Absolute Appliance out to look at a leaking hot water heater. Josh, the technician sent to work with me, was professional and courteous. He evaluated my situation and ultimately recommended a new hot water heater, which I decided to do. He was able to replace the hot water heater early the next day, and he did a stellar job- leaving the space cleaner than when he started! I will definitely be using this company again as they are professional, courteous, and timely.
