If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is your worst nightmare. I dropped my items off and had to return FOUR times in order to get all my items back. Also, they completely destroyed my daughters dress. There is no way it can be worn. Their prices are cheap, but the service is horrible. Incompetent staff. Stay FAR FAR away from this place!!!!!

Yes, their prices are low; but I can no longer patronize them. I recently dropped off a suit jacket and matching pants, and when I went to pick them up, the lady told me that she had given the pants to another customer, but that she could call the customer and get them back. I went in the next day and she had gotten the pants back but said they were dirty and needed to be cleaned. I believe that she "loaned" the pants to someone she knew, as it seems improbable to have given them to wrong customer and then to know which customer she gave them to out of all the customers. Recently, I have seen her have trouble locating items for other customers, and the fear of not getting my clothes back keeps me from returning to this business, after patronizing them for over 20 years.

The team at this location is friendly. But I now have to stop going as I am now not getting back items that are mine but somehow someone elses stuff as well as things not being done on time. I now have four items that I will never get back as well as my Husband's suite jacket! The fact that I have to take pictures of items so I know I get back what is ours is ridiculous! I now have to go back Monday morning and return items that isn't ours!
