Starbucks

This Starbucks is horrible. Went there today. Ordered and paid for my drink. Waited 15 minutes to be told after they took my credit card that they dont have my drink. The girl took my card and didnt even refund the full amount. Called back the store and was told a manager would call me back to do the refund. Never got a call back. Total incompetence at this place. Im still Waiting for a refund for my drink that I never got.

This morning I went to order a mocha frappe. I waited for about 15 minutes only to see my order was taken wrong, and they made something else. They made my frappe but it tasted like straight up coffee I couldnt taste any Mocha. So I went back to get a refund. As soon as Colleen saw me I heard her say oh my gosh like Im not understanding her problem... the cashier was sweet and asked me if I wanted it remade I said sure. Colleen is the one who remade my drink, and I just felt very uncomfortable while she made it. I understand Im Hispanic in Parker Im bound to get some people to treat me like Im nothing. Its not ok, and I dont appreciate her attitude. Thank you to the other two ladies who were sweet the whole time. If I walk in and see Colleen I promise you Im walking right out. I dont ever want to have any interaction with that lady again.

Love this Starbucks and their kind workers! They are very helpful and gotta love the drinks!

Not just this one but all of them.... better take a closer look at who you hire, may want to ask their opinion on law enforcement before you give them the job.... ask them, who they would call in an emergency..... Barry Sanders... maybe???
