We had a wonderful experience with we jump today! We rented an 18ft water slide. They were so friendly and pleasant to rent through! Eric let us know the day before when they'd be here to set up. They were right in time! We were even lucky enough to get an early drop off at no extra cost! Thank you Eric and wee jump! My daughter had an excellent birthday party!

There are few companies who are so kind, so generous, and so professional that they bring me to tears. Eric with WeeJump made me cry tears of gratitude. We rented a bounce house to celebrate one of my friend’s son’s birthday. The birthday is extra special because this friend is battling cancer. She had a vision for the best birthday for her son and Eric worked tirelessly to make it all happen. He was so gracious and kind. This birthday was a dream come true for both my friend and her son! We reserved a bounce house for our son’s 4th birthday this weekend. We had received both a confirmation email as well as a reminder email the evening before the party. When no bounce house showed up by the start of the party my husband called to see what had happened. Whoever took his call initially said he couldn’t find the reservation. After a few minutes he found the reservation but offered no apology for the fact that they did not show. Meanwhile we had a group of disappointed 4 year olds at a birthday party expecting a bounce house. Whoever my husband talked to at wee jump was unapologetic and seemed to be bothered by our call. He told my husband they could deliver a bounce house, but seemed to use the impending weather as an excuse ultimately giving my husband the impression that he just didn’t care and really didn’t want to drive out our way. We ended up spending more money purchasing a bounce house from Target to make up for the fact that we had a yard full of kids at a birthday party with no entertainment. This was overall a disappointing experience and we will give our business to A Bouncy Bear in the future.
