Pho & Grill Cafe

The lemonade was extremely sour and undrinkable. Pad thai was overly sweet so we ordered something else. Manager refused to take the pad thai that we did not eat off our bill. They said they do not take off food or drinks that customers do not like. Stay far away from this place.

This restaurant was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the pad tai and it was awful. It tasted like someone poured an entire jar of honey over it. I took one bite and sent it back. I never return food. The restaurant charged me for it, as well as the entree I ordered instead. I will never be back. Do not eat here.

Food is awesome, customer service and cleanliness not so great. Took about 20 to 30 minutes for my small pho, addition to that i ordered 3 more small pho to go but waited another 30 to 40 minutes for the pho. Waitress never came back to check on me, table/condiments sticky and dirty. They ran out a couple of dishes i wanted at first, really appreciated if they block something on the menu instead wasting my time deciding what to eat thats available. I'll come back to try some more stuff that hopefully will be available but i hope they work more on customer service and cleanliness.
