Have worked with the guys at Solaro on multiple projects and they have been one of the most knowledgeable and honest people in their industry and their work is top quality. Responsiveness and communication is as fast as could be and that's helped me out tremendously. Lastly they kept the work site as clean as they possibly could. Would highly recommend!

Nick is amazing. Our refrigerator sprung an internal leak while we were asleep, and flooded our kitchen overnight for several hours. The water filled our finished basement ceiling, draining out of fixtures like waterfalls. To make a bad day worse, our flooding event was timed perfectly with the escalation of the COVID crisis (3/13). We called Solaro Drying Solutions in the morning, and Nick was at our house in an hour. We were quickly impressed with three things. (1) Nick is super smart and meticulous in his work, and did a phenomenal job quickly getting our home dry. He uses a lot of tech to quantify the location and extent of water damage, and to track the progress of drying. We had water in places we wouldn't have imagined, and that looked to our eyes completely unaffected. (2) Nick really understands the insurance and reconstruction processes. He made sure we documented the condition of our home and property, and helped us quickly understand what all the steps would be. He was extremely mindful of minimizing damage and mess to accomplish drying. (3) He is a thoughtful and caring person, and communicates extremely well. He gets that this is a crummy day for the homeowner. He was also very dialed in to COVID / meticulous about hand hygiene and physical distancing practices. Bottom line: We woke up to a crummy experience. Nick made the process of getting our home dry and on the path to restoration super pleasant and remarkably stress-free.
