        I was considering getting a line. 3 staff 2 customers and not a single acknowledgement like I was invisible in 20+ minutes. I was a customer for 15+ years before and customer service seems out the window. Any benefits tmobile may provide are nulliffied with experiences like this.

        These people do not know how to do a migration from Sprint to Think is. I even asked the girl up front so I didn't waste my time. She kept going to the back to call someone for help. Needless to say, I left when I felt she might mess something up. This used to be a good store
