With over 20 years of experience in the Recruiting field, I have worked with multiple background check providers. My experience with these providers has mostly been frustration, over promise and under deliver, terrible customer service and lots of misinformation. I am pleased to recommend NationSearch as a provider that delivers what they promise. While working for a mining company in Montana, our background checks were taking on average from 3 to 5 weeks, which meant we were taking forever to get people started if they were starting at all - many dropped out of the process because it was too cumbersome. When we switched to NationSearch our checks were being completed in less than a week on average! The customer service was excellent and the recruiting team was getting fewer calls from candidates that had questions about the process. All in all it was a better experience for the company and for the candidate!

I can't believe other reviewers are giving NationSearch a 5 star review. My experience the last few months was totally different. Office staff reception and admin are totally useless and unprofessional. Literally the worst administrative staff I have ever worked with in 35 years of managing businesses in Utah and Nebraska. I have never had staff go out of their way to be combative and confrontational over the phone. Surprising anyone would use their services. Two phone calls and I already found a company that is respectful and professional that will be our new go to.

NationSearch is an amazing and necessary resource for pre-employment screening. I have used NationSearch for over a decade, and consider them a extension of our business. Always timely, cost effective and delivering exceptional customer service.

NationSearch is the only company I would ever consider for our background check needs. Their customer service is excellent not just because they are quick to respond to any inquires, but they do so with a virtual smile. Also they are very quick in conducing their searches. I work for a recruiting company and sometimes a client wants someone started asap, so we ask NationSearch for expedited results to which they always deliver. Never had 1 issue with them in the 4 or so years I've been working with them. Great company that is filled with even better people!
