Made a reservation for a 16 truck 1 month in advance of move. Had hired movers, and other help for the same day.
Showed up on time to pick up vehicle, and was informed the same day, we have no 16 trucks, no other trucks of any size, and no ability to get another truck today.
They literally had a clipboard with our names, moving information, and truck rental size, so they obviously just did nothing to plan in advance to actually get us a truck.
I was informed we could get a different size truck tomorrow if I was willing to drive across town and get there late in the day.
Obviously impossible because we had our whole move planned, and little flexibility.
We had to cancel our reservation, and go with a last minute Uhaul.
This place was NOT helpful. Dont go with these guys, go with uhaul. You will save more money with them by not having to cancel, other plans, and at LEAST you will have a truck.

I called them back multiple times at the number they gave me that I was easily able to get someone to answer earlier in the day. They didn’t answer at first. Eventually they answered and just hung up. After repeated calls they finally answered. The guy who answered just repeatedly said I’m sorry.
We rented the vehicle to move. I would not recommend using them as they simply don’t care. The Home Depot employees were great but the Penske folks just made excuses and did nothing to resolve the issue.
Use Uhaul. I only went with Penske because they were closer. This review is just so nobody else has to deal with Penske’s incompetence when trying to move their family
PS. Penske has apparently left my review up here but it still shows they have 5 stars. Don't be fooled. This legitimately happened and they did nothing when I called them at the time. Responding to a google review does nothing. Too little. Too Late.
