Front Desk lady was rude. You could tell she did not want to answer this phone call or answers questions that I had. Very hesitant then when I asked to speak with someone else she changed her tone. Wish I would have caught her name. Wont bother wasting my time after this experience.

Matt and his team were professional and responsive to a sewer backup that caused extensive damage and required careful clean up. Their team was quick to place drying equipment, identify and contain the extent of the damage and were friendly and helpful in doing so. Matt was very helpful in navigating the insurance claim process as well. This is my second time working with Valley Restoration and they have been excellent both times.
