Simply good, very good. What more needs to be said? I was told by another realtor friend she would shoot me herself if I left this for Gary's review. Gary is patient with all questions and answers them fully, intelligently, and without being condescending. He's extremely down to earth in his speaking, manners, and intentions. I felt and still feel after purchasing a property with him he cared about what he did, what the final outcome was, and how I perceived it all. I simply can't make a higher recommendation than Gary. Well maybe I can, I'm trying to buy one more thing and I'm just about to call him to work with me again.
