        Difficult customer service scheduling an appointment. Missed work to be at home between 9 and noon to meet plumber; they did not hold appointment. Two negative experiences; will not use their services, or recommend you do either.

        We had a priming issue with our water pump and had no water all day. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in a desperate haste to find someone to come out. They made sure to work us in and kept us posted throughout the day on the status. Patrick came out and serviced the pump and got our water back on in a matter of minutes. He made sure to spend the time to show us what it was and how to fix it in the future. The price was fair and the service was extremely professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend this business for any plumbing needs! Fantastic!
