        Everybody loved the food! I personally had the tortilla burger smothered in green chili. French fries were 10/10

        The service was poor because of lack of employees. The food quality has gone way down compared to previous visit that were excellent. We both ordered the same of chicken fried steak. We did not get the salad that was part of the meal. They told us that it did not come with the meal any more. But the price did not go down. We were very disappointed. Is there a new owner?

      It is unfortunate that your experience was so negative. It was the local Crane Fest in our area, which brought in a tremendous number of customers, which we enjoy seeing. Both owners were available, had it been warranted; however, to our knowledge, no complaints were brought to our attention. It was the same Chicken Fry we have been preparing for years. No, the owners are still the same. We have spoken to our staff and apologize if you didn't receive your salad. Hope to see you again next time.
