Working with Alex was a breeze. He was able to sell my home during a difficult time in our country. What I really appreciated was once I had an offer on my house Alex was on the phone with me going over every detail as each document came in from the buyers and title company. Each and every time a new document was sent he called to let me know as most of the time I was not around to check my mail. Having an agent who was that detailed was so helpful and I would highly recommend Alex to anyone selling or buying.

Top notch! Alex was our selling agent. Right off the bat he took very quality photos and got things rolling right away. As a matter fact, I suspect the other agent in this area has hired a professional photographer to compete with Alex's photos. Alex was patient and explained everything. When offers and contracts came along, he was very diligent and thorough in explaining those as well. I was unable to be present at closing but Alex was able to work around this and make it happen. Great sellers agent!
