if you want an accountant where the "mailbox is full" and the receptionist puts you on "forever hold" then call Dave Hoy at Tax Specialists. If you care and want someone who does, then go to someone else. Another year, I thought I would give them another try. Once again their mailbox is full. So, basically they ignore reviews.

I have had my taxes done by this family for probably 40 years now. I have referred people to them for years and everyone has been pleased and even got returns they were not expecting. Many years ago my mom was going to have to pay in and I had her go here and she got a refund instead. I cant say enough good about them and trust them with my yearly tax return.

I have been coming here for 11 years. Pat was very helpful. Did my taxes. I paid her about $200 every year. And this year its $500 ?? Whoa. and I just found out that I owe irs $4000 for 2020 taxes?? What?

I dropped my paperwork off with Pat Alban on March 3rd, today March 28th I was contacted and told that they could not do my taxes. I was told that she had 50 other tax returns to do and mine was not a priority. This information would have been great to know on March 3rd......Just be upfront with me from the start.
