What an absolutely impressive company and product! I needed 1 simple little t-shirt for a gender reveal party ... not a big order, for sure. I was treated like their most important customer; they helped me with the design; I was able to get it within my time frame (I had delayed in even requesting it). Bottom line: this company was way beyond my expectations and I hope everyone who needs company/business (or individual) items printed to use this amazing company !!!

If I could give this company, zero stars I would. I have never dealt with a company with such awful customer service in my entire life. We were promised a 7 to 10 day timeline to have some embroidery done on four shirts. 2 weeks later, without ever hearing back that they were done we called and had to pressure them to get them done. We received an email telling us they would be ready the next day and to come pick them up at noon. When we showed up, everybody was at lunch and it took us 20 minutes to get waited on. When somebody finally waited on us, they couldnt find the shirts and it took 40 minutes for them to find them and they had never been touched. I understand if you dont want to do a small order, but tell us upfront instead of stringing a customer along for over two weeks. I guess one good thing came out of it A woman was waiting in the lobby to have two boxes of shirts done, and when she saw the horrible customer service she decided to take her business elsewhere.

UNLESS YOU DONT WANT YOUR PRODUCTS BACK DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Dropped off four shirts, just needed some simple embroidery lettering done on the chest. They held onto my shirts for 3 weeks, I called to check in and they hadnt even started, I showed up to pick up my shirts and they had lost them. Took them almost 40 whole minutes to find them. When we got them back nothing had been done nor did they even attempt it. Not to mention the manager Chris was extremely unprofessional to the point of hanging up on me and being short with me on the phone. Saved another lady the trouble and she had a whole trunk full of shirts but after hearing what we went through, she went to find another place. Because of your unprofessionalism and disregard for your customers you lost two today. UNLESS YOU DONT WANT YOUR PRODCUTS BACK DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
