I hired this company to find a leak that my father had somewhere around his swimming pool. Clint went out on time and efficiently found the leak. Price was what was quoted on the phone. Could not be happier with this company.

Had a water bill that was 4x higher than expected. Called out a plumber and got a "suspected area for the leak" and an estimate to excavate and repair. I wasn't content to just have a suspected area as the repair was going to be pricey. I called American Leak Detection and spoke with Becca who was flat out amazing. Not only knowledgeable about what her company does and how they find leaks, but offered suggestions to help defer the water bill we got through our water district. She also worked very hard to divert one of her technicians to our site as quickly as possible and even offered several names of companies who could repair these leaks. The technician was very professional and calmly worked through our house and yard and pinpointed the leak. He even gave us a break as he did not have to perform as many tests as he could have. We ultimately used one of the companies Becca recommended. They were able to get the site inspected, have the utilities located and have the leak dug up and repaired in just two days and at a very reasonable price. People nowadays are content to just do their job. Becca, in particular, at American Leak Detection went so far beyond just doing her job and helping us out in a stressful situation that it was like "the good ol' days". I can't recommend these guys high enough. A very satisfied customer.
