UPDATED REVIEW: This is now the second time Ive used Switchback and I had to update my review because yet again they went above and beyond what I dont think any other company would do. On my closing/moving day, there was a delay on my buyers side but Switchback helped me figure out all my options since theyd already packed me up. They were even going to unload me at a storage place & come back the next day to move me in! Thankfully it didnt come to that and they waited and moved me in at the end of a very long day! All the while super positive and helpful! But their awesome doesnt stop there. About a month after they moved me I realized theyd assembled my bed incorrectly. I thought I could fix it myself but couldnt. When I politely emailed on a Friday evening to ask them to correct it (honestly not thinking they would) they responded the next day, figured out the problem and promptly came by on Sunday to fix it. Now THAT is the epitome of customer service. Though I dont want to imply they dont know how to put stuff together (because they do and Im quite sure this was a one off mistake) I have to share it to show how professional they are to fix it and fix it quickly. Even a month later. Ladies and gentlemen, you will find no better moving company than Switchback! I wish I could give them 10 stars. This was hands down the best moving company and moving experience Ive ever had! From the beginning with initial questions (and I had several), they were super responsive and made the entire process seamless. I did my homework and reached out to several companies, read reviews and compared prices. Switchback provided the best customer service, from great communication to affordable pricing to the handling of all of my things. The day of the move they texted me to let me know they were on their way and they moved me from a 3rd floor condo with no elevator to a single family house so fast it was amazing! Logan, Ryan and Dylan A were knowledgeable, friendly and made sure everything was handled carefully, disassembled and reassembled correctly and overall just wonderful to work with. You wont find a better moving company than Switchback and I cant thank these three men enough for making something so stressful feel anything but.

I had never used a moving company before and they answered all my ridiculous questions. They were super responsive and got me a quote right away. All the pricing is clear and fair

Really friendly and professional team of movers. They arrived on time, the cost was reasonable without any surprise fees, and they were able to move and navigate even our most cumbersome pieces of furniture. They have all the tools necessary to disassemble and reassemble any larger furniture items. I would recommend this group for your next move.

Great moving company, we loved the hourly rate style and that they are locally owned and operated. Super responsive staff, and they arrived on time and were quick and efficient! We enjoyed working with Owen, Todd, TJ, Riley and Carson!
