Nate worked with us for two years to find us the right house! He was always timely with the showings and made it known it was ok to wait for the right one. My wife and I could not be happier with the results of the transaction, receiving a top resale price in this new area. Nathan worked with us on a marketing plan, provided outstanding materials including (photography, listing coverage, internet coverage and brochures) all at an agree upon fixed price significantly less than traditional real-estate costs. Nathan was with us through the entire process providing showing assistance, working through the negotiations, and was there at the end during closing to make sure everything went smoothly.
